New Sikkim Tours & Treks for 2015
Jan 05
Successfully completed one of the difficult Treks of Sikkim and that too in month of December, all the credit goes to Hiddenparadise Adventure Tours for taking good care of us throughout the trek. The whole team is very helpful, friendly and guided well for the trek. Especially thanks to Dawa (guide), Bijoo(cook), Narbu and Vishal (Porters) and Lama (Jo man) for taking good care of us. Will never forget this walk to the gigantic mountains and witnessing the beauty of mountains, the glaze of mountains when the Sun rays hit the peaks and a journey which will make you introspect your life’s meaning…
This new year is certainly different from all the previous years with a different view for life.
Thanks Neetu Bhati

Dzongri Trek with Hidden Paradise Adventure Tours
It was such a refreshing change to be so well looked after on our trek – to never have to worry about having enough food or supplies of fresh water. It was particulary nice to receive some delicious hot chips on a cold day in Phedang and quite an achievement in the middle of nowhere, thanks Pem Ba! Our guide Kungzang was great company and very knowledgeable. Even the dzos were relatively friendly although that may be because they wanted to share our breakfast – I saw Dongzi licking his lips whilst watching us eat our porridge.
The scenery was spectacular and there was a myriad of stars overhead at Dzongri in the middle of the night…I don’t think I have ever seen the Milky Way so clearly!
We saw lots of wildlife such as the Himalayan Monal, Blood Pheasant, Fire Tailed Sunbird and Indian Cuckoo.
Please pass on our thanks to all involved. Hope that you are all well and we wish you the best for the future.
Regards,
James and Heather Dalgleish
